柏光林,字景程,1938年12月生,江苏南京人,现为中国美术家协会会员、中国民族建筑研究会书画艺术专业委员会副秘书长、国家一级美术师网、入网画家、国家版权局注册画家,中华人民共和国杰出书画大师,国家一级工艺美术大师,中国国画院院士、艺术创作专家委员会副主席、香港特区国画院荣誉院士、联合国教科文卫组织、首席艺术家、英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士、英格兰皇家艺术基金会永久学术顾问。现任中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国书画名家研究会专职副会长等。

2012年与刘大为、范曾入编出版《艺术大师三人行》2013年与刘大为、范曾、黄永玉等入编出版《新中国书画八大家》2013年与刘大为、范曾、吴冠中等入编出版《中国当代艺术巨匠》2013年与刘大为、范曾,靳尚谊等入编出版《民族国粹、20名顶级艺术大师》2013年与沈鹏、欧阳中石、刘文西、冯远入编出版《中国艺术大家》。

《刘大为题词》国礼珍藏册出版工程。2013年与张大千、李可染、齐白石、徐悲鸿等大师入编出版《中国艺术百年》《中国艺术百年》将由中国国家图书馆、美国国会图书馆、大英图书馆、俄罗斯国立图书馆、莱比锡图书馆、哈佛大学图书馆收藏。柏光林先生的作品多以山水、人物、动物较为突出,尤以虎画具长,画作曾获名家高度赞赏,陆俨少、林散之、张仃多有题跋,曾与陆俨少合作双虎图、虎啸图、曾出访过美国、南美多国、欧洲多国、亚洲多国,创作一批很有特色的水墨画作品、《奥运圣火》由原国际奥委会主席萨马兰奇先生收藏,先后于北京、江苏、深圳、珠海、香港、美国举办画展、出版画集,中央电视台、江苏、珠海、南京电视台先后摄制报道。

Bai Guanglin, named Jingcheng, was born in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province in December 1938. He is now a member of the China Artists Association, the deputy secretary-general of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee of the China National Architectural Research Association, the national first-class artist network, online painters, painters registered with the National Copyright Administration, outstanding calligraphy and painting masters of the People's Republic of China, national first-class arts and crafts masters, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Painting, vice chairman of the Artistic Creation Expert Committee, honorary academicians of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Chinese Academy of Painting UNESCO, Chief Artist, Honorary Academician of the Royal Academy of Arts, and Permanent Academic Advisor of the Royal Art Foundation of England. He is currently the curator of China Digital Art Museum, and the full-time vice president of China Calligrapher and Painter Research Association.

In 2012, he joined Liu Dawei and Fan Zeng in editing and publishing The Three Artists' Journey; in 2013, he joined Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng and Huang Yongyu in editing and publishing The Eight Masters of Calligraphy and Painting in New China; in 2013, he joined Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng and Wu Guanzhong in editing and publishing The Giant of Chinese Contemporary Art; in 2013, he joined Liu Dawei, Fan Zeng and Jin Shangyi in editing and publishing The National Essence, 20 Top Artists; in 2013, he joined Shen Peng, Ouyang Zhongshi, Liu Wenxi Feng Yuan was edited and published The Great Artists of China.

In 2013, he joined Zhang Daqian, Li Keran, Qi Baishi, Xu Beihong and other masters to compile and publish The Hundred Years of Chinese Art. The Hundred Years of Chinese Art will be collected by the National Library of China, the Library of Congress, the British Library, the Russian National Library, the Leipzig Library, and the Harvard University Library. Most of Mr. Bai Guanglin's works are outstanding in landscapes, figures and animals, especially in tiger paintings. His paintings have been highly appreciated by famous artists. Lu Yanshao, Lin Sanzhi and Zhang Ding have many inscriptions and postscripts. He has cooperated with Lu Yanshao in the painting of two tigers, the painting of tigers roaring, and has visited the United States, South America, Europe and Asia. He has created a number of distinctive ink and wash paintings. The Olympic Flame was collected by Mr. Samaranch, the former President of the International Olympic Committee Jiangsu, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Hong Kong and the United States held art exhibitions and published albums, and CCTV, Jiangsu, Zhuhai and Nanjing TV stations successively produced reports.
