冯健安,字美溯,艺名书剑,墨苔斋主人,生于1977年7月,广东新会人,本科学历,中共党员,美术教育工作者、优秀书画指导教师。国家一级美术师;全国书画艺术委员会副主席;北京京华阁书画院副院长;北京当代翰墨文化艺术院山东青岛分院名誉副院长;中国楹联学会会员;人民美术艺术家委员;中宣盛世国际书画院院聘画家;中国楹联学会中宣盛世文化艺术交流中心会员;全国名人书画艺术界联合会委员;国臻艺苑书画院院聘理事;中外名人艺术网“特级书画师”;全国中小学书法教学联盟成员;收藏天下全国数字电视频道栏目学术指导与特邀艺术家。

水墨层层复沓,积墨到七层八层,甚至十几层,也绝不会一塌胡涂,或是清虚流丽,或是苍润悦目,此法远师范宽,后学龚贤,亦有黄宾虹画法的精湛。山水画者,唯有像冯健安先生这样,依水为纽,作五彩焕神,才是气韵生动的典范。再赋青绿浅绛,或渲染浓墨重彩,在色不碍墨,墨不碍色的铺陈中,为山水构建起上突危峰,下览深谷的宏大空间,外师造化中得心源!
